  • Do you have rental bicycles?

  • What kind of menu does the café bar on the first floor have? What do you recommend?
    The most popular is "RICO's Basque Cheesecake". The type that you eat with rock salt, You can also enjoy it as an accompaniment to sake. French fries are also popular. I do everything myself, from peeling the skin on the potatoes, It is very delicious and popular. We have a wide variety of local sake and soft drinks.   • Do you have a curfew?
    RICO has no curfew. There is an entrance that can be entered and exited 24 hours a day, so please use that. For guests staying in a room with a shared shower, showers and hair dryers are available from 24:00 to 6:00 Please note that you cannot use it.
  • I've never stayed in a guest house before. How is it different from a regular hotel?
    There are five differences from ordinary hotels. ①Stay without meals is basic. ②There is a space where you can interact with other guests and with the locals. ③In the case of a dormitory (shared room), the toilet and shower room will be shared with other people. ④Pajamas are not provided.   • Do you have a washing machine?
    There is a coin laundry available 24 hours a day. The power is weak, but there is also a dryer. Some rooms have a washing machine. For those who need detergent, we sell portion-type detergent for 50 yen each. There is a rooftop where you can dry your clothes on the roof when the weather is nice. There are also two laundromats within a 3-minute walk.
  • Do you have a refrigerator, rice cooker, etc.?

  • Do you have a morning?

  • Do you have dinner?

  • Do you have free space?
    There is a shared kitchen available 24 hours a day and a rooftop. Some people meditate and do yoga on the rooftop.

    None of the rooms have a TV. please note.
  • Do you have wifi in your room?
    There is wifi in all rooms and on the first floor. Please check the ID and password in each room.

  • Do you have a valuables box?

  • Can children stay?
    Children can stay, but dormitory rooms Preschool children are not allowed to use the facilities.
  • Do you have smoking rooms?
    RICO is a non-smoking building. Please smoke in the outside smoking area or on the rooftop.
  • Do you have facilities for children?
    There are no special items for children. There are inconvenient places such as mirrors and western toilets. We have games and picture books in the shared kitchen. There is also a hammock that everyone loves in the shared space.
  • Is there a bathtub in the shower room?
    There is no bathtub in the shower room. There is a very popular sauna and public bath called "Kofukuyu" diagonally across from RICO.   • Can I eat and drink in my room?
    You can eat and drink in the private room, but please refrain from eating and drinking in the dormitory (shared room) type room, except for plastic bottled drinks.
  • I will come by ferry from Tokushima. Please tell me how to get there.
    If you arrived at Wakayama Port by Nankai Ferry, It is convenient to take a bus from Wakayama Bus "Wakayamako Station" bus stop. Get off at the "Mikimachi Shindori" bus stop, and you will arrive at RICO in 3 minutes. If there is no bus due to the time, take the Nankai Electric Railway to Nankai Wakayamashi Station, From there, you can take a bus to RICO.
  • Please tell me how to access from Kansai International Airport (KIX).
    There are three ways from Kansai Airport: JR, Nankai Electric Railway, and Limousine Bus (bound for Wakayama). It will arrive in about 40 minutes to 1 hour. The limousine bus also stops at the nearest bus stop "Mikimachi Shindori" depending on the time of day.

  • Do you have a bicycle parking lot?

  • Which is the nearest station? How should I go from the station?
    The nearest station is JR Wakayama Station. From the west exit, you will arrive at RICO in 15 minutes on foot, 7 minutes by bus, and 5 minutes by taxi. The nearest bus stop is "Mikicho Shindori".   • Is it possible to store my luggage before check-in at 16:00?

  • Can I ask you to arrange for my luggage to be delivered to my home when I check out?
    Luggage can be delivered to your home when you check out. We only accept cash on delivery. We will send you a shipping label for cash on delivery. Please ask at the reception.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If the check-in time exceeds 22:00, a late check-in fee of 500 yen per group will be charged. You cannot check-in after 24:00. Please note that we cannot refund the accommodation fee you have paid. For guests staying in a room with a shared shower, showers and hair dryers are available from 24:00 to 6:00 Please note that you cannot use it.   • Can I use the shower room after check-out?
    You can use the shower room after check-out for 300 yen per person. Rooms are cleaned between 11:00 and 16:00 Please speak to the staff at the reception when using.
  • Is it possible to store luggage after check-out?
    Luggage can be stored after check-out. On the day of check-out, you can use the lockable luggage storage for free. A storage fee of 500 yen will be charged if the luggage is kept for more than one day.
  • Can I use the free space or coworking space after checkout?

  • Can I check in before 16:00?
    Rooms are cleaned between 11:00 and 16:00. You can check in as soon as the cleaning is finished.
  • Check-out is early in the morning, do I need to do anything?
